These Terms and Conditions govern the privacy policy for your use of software applications created by City Telecom LLC for mobile devices. The applications may use certain available information for full functionality.
While some applications may not request access to the following data, these rules are general and apply to all applications depending on their functionality. The term "application" refers to any mobile product created and/or published by City Telecom LLC.
Automatically collected information
The application may automatically collect certain information, including but not limited to: the type of mobile device you use; your mobile device's unique device ID; your mobile device's IP address; your mobile operating system; the type of mobile internet browsers you use; usage data and information about how you use the application.
- In some cases, the application may request permission to use location services. Permission is granted by the user in a dedicated confirmation dialog;
- We may request access to the user's photo album to modify an existing photo and/or save the final images/content generated through the application; the action is performed in a dedicated confirmation GUI window inside the app and will not proceed unless the user clicks the corresponding button;
- We may request permission to send push notifications to keep the user informed about products and critical updates; the push notification permission window is built into the mobile operating system and cannot be granted unless the user clicks the appropriate button.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the application?
We do not transfer the collected information to third parties. The data is used only by City Telecom LLC.
We may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:
- At the request of advertising companies: our application may need the device IP and serial number to localize advertisements and show relevant ads to users;
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can easily stop the application from collecting information by uninstalling it. You can use the standard uninstall processes that are available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Uninstalling the application automatically stops data collection; only previously collected information may be retained for a reasonable time.
Data retention policy and managing your information
We will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the application and thereafter only for a reasonable period. Please contact us at privacy@cosmosim.net and we will respond as soon as possible. Please note that some or all of the user-provided data may be necessary for the application to function properly.
Children
All our applications are age-restricted according to the rules of stores and/or distribution channels. A relevant notice will appear from the distribution channel before installing the software.
Security
We take special care to protect the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and store. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know it to operate, develop, or improve our application. Please note that although we strive to ensure reasonable security for the information we process and store, no security system can prevent all potential breaches.
Changes
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our privacy policy by posting the new policy at www.cosmosim.net/privacy. You are advised to review this privacy policy regularly for any changes, as continued use constitutes approval of all changes.

User deactivation and deletion
You can disable and delete your account at any time without any issue. To do this: enter your email or phone number in the designated field on the website and click the "Delete account" button. Your request will be received and processed immediately; your account and all related data will be permanently deleted.
