Internet Packages
In the app, on the home screen, select your preferred internet package.
Purchase the Package
Purchase your preferred package. After purchasing the internet package, the active package page appears showing the amount of MB and validity period. The QR code button is available on this same page. Tap that button.
QR Code and eSIM Activation
In the app, from the QR code option, choose the green Activate eSIM button. Your phone's Settings will open automatically.
You will see Activate eSIM — tap Allow. Automatic eSIM installation starts. Confirm all prompts with Continue / Allow.
After installation is complete, you will see Mobile Plan Setup Complete — tap Done.
Enable Mobile Internet Settings
After eSIM activation, to use internet abroad, the following settings must be enabled on your phone:
- Data Roaming
- Mobile Data
Enable Data Roaming:
Open Settings → Mobile Data or Cellular Data → Mobile Data Options → enable Data Roaming.
Select COSMOSIM eSIM for mobile data:
Open Settings → Mobile Data or Cellular Data → from the listed SIMs select Cosmosim eSIM. (Enable this feature abroad)
Note: On your phone, the eSIM name may not be COSMOSIM, but you can rename it.
If your phone does not support automatic installation:
In the app's QR code option, copy the data from the green buttons:
1. SM-DP+ Address
2. Activation Code
First, copy SM-DP+ Address.
Then open Settings and select:
Add eSIM → Use QR Code → Enter Details Manually
Paste the copied SM-DP+ Address into the field. Then copy Activation Code and paste it into the corresponding field.
Tap: Next → Continue.
Wait for activation to finish. After installation, you will see Mobile Plan Setup Complete — tap Done.
Android
Internet Packages
In the app, on the home screen, select your preferred internet package.
Purchase the Package
Purchase your preferred package. After purchasing the internet package, the active package page appears showing the amount of MB and validity period. The QR code button is available on this same page. Tap that button.
QR Code and eSIM Activation
In the app, from the QR code option, choose the green Activate eSIM button. Your phone's Settings will open automatically.
You'll see Setup your eSIM; tap Setup. Installation starts automatically—accept all prompts.
Enable Mobile Internet Settings
Note: Make sure Data Roaming and Mobile Data are enabled in settings, and COSMOSIM eSIM is selected in the SIM manager for mobile data.
If your phone doesn't support automatic installation:
Download or screenshot your QR code.
Open Settings, search for eSIM, tap Add eSIM. A QR scanner will open. Select Scan QR Code, then choose the saved QR from the gallery.
