Refund policy
If a transaction on cosmosim.net was completed incorrectly or by mistake, please contact us at info@cosmosim.net, tell us about the incomplete or incorrect operation, and provide the following information:
- Subscriber first name, last name, and number;
- Date the transaction was made;
- Amount that was charged.
After receiving your email, we will decide on returning the paid amount. The refund will be issued within 2 business days to the same card/account from which the mistaken transaction was made.
