Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern the privacy policy regarding your use of the mobile applications developed by LLC City Telecom. Applications may access certain information to ensure full functionality. While some applications may not request access to certain data, these rules apply broadly to all applications depending on their functionality. The term “Application” refers to any mobile product created and/or published by LLC City Telecom.

Automatically Collected Information

The application may automatically collect certain information including, but not limited to: the type of mobile device you use; your mobile device’s unique ID; the IP address of your mobile device; your mobile operating system; your mobile browser type; and information about the way you use the application.

• In some cases, the app may request permission to use location services. Permission is granted through a confirmation dialog box;

• We may request access to the user’s photo album to allow editing or saving final content created in the app. This is confirmed via a graphic interface dialog within the app and will not occur without user consent;

• We may request to send push notifications to inform the user about products or critical updates. This is handled through the mobile OS’s built-in permission system and will not proceed until the user confirms.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the app?

We do not share collected information with third parties. All data is used solely by LLC City Telecom.

We may disclose user-provided or automatically collected information:

• At the request of advertising companies, IP address and serial number may be used to localize and serve ads;
• When legally required, for example in response to a subpoena or similar legal request;
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the app. You may use standard uninstall processes available via your mobile device or through the app store or network. Once uninstalled, data collection stops, and only past data may remain for a reasonable time.

Data Retention and Management

We retain user-provided data as long as the app is in use, and for a reasonable period afterward. For inquiries, contact us at privacy@cosmosim.net and we’ll respond as soon as possible. Please note that some or all data may be necessary for proper app functionality.

Children

All our apps carry age restrictions according to the app store or distribution channel. A notice will appear before installation.

Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this data to authorized employees and contractors who need it to operate, develop, or improve the app. However, no security system can prevent all potential breaches.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on www.cosmosim.net/privacy. You are advised to review this policy regularly, as continued use will constitute acceptance of any changes.

Deactivation and Account Deletion

You may deactivate and delete your account at any time without difficulty. To do so, enter your email address or phone number into the designated field on the website and click the "Delete Account" button. Your request will be processed immediately, and your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
