How COSMOSIM Works
In the app, you select preferred package
First of all, check if your phone has eSIM support (visit link to check). Then, download the COSMOSIM application from Google Play or App Store and select the desired internet package in the application – regional or local (regional includes a group of countries close to each other), where the purchased package will provide you with uninterrupted high-speed internet from COSMOSIM. Packages are active for a different period of time, from 1 week to 1 month, until the megabytes are exhausted.
In the app, you will receive a QR code, which you can use to easily activate your eSIM
As soon as you purchase a data package, you'll be able to download and activate your eSIM using the QR code. If you encounter any issues during activation, feel free to message us directly from the app via whatsApp or facebook messenger. our support team will be happy to assist you. The internet is now connected
With an activated eSIM card, you will be able to access the Internet in more than 180 countries around the world. Just don't forget that when you arrive in the desired country, you must enable the DATA roaming function on your phone and also mark the eSIM as the recipient of the Internet service. You must mark this in the phone settings — in the mobile data option (iOS) or in the SIM manager option (Android). Your reliable Internet connection is a priority for us! The validity period of the package starts from the moment you start using the internet package in the destination country. The date of purchase of the package is not related to the start of the validity period. You can purchase the desired internet package anywhere, at any time and in any country.

For example, if you download the COSMOSIM application in Georgia and purchase a travel internet package, you can activate the internet service directly after you arrive in the desired country - you will activate Data roaming on your phone and also mark eSim as the internet service provider on your phone (SIM management).

eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital version of a physical SIM card. To use the COSMOSIM service, your mobile phone must support eSIM.
eSIM compatibility check: Dial *#06# on your phone. If the EID code is also displayed in the codes window, then your phone supports eSIM.
